Reporting Requirements

The following reports will be required for all programs funded. Direct Change will make periodic site visits to determine if the programs are complying with all requirements.

1. Monthly Progress Reports - Each funded program will be required to submit a qualitative narrative progress report on at least a monthly basis. These reports will be made publicly available and distributed to Direct Change's supporters.
2. Final and Yearly Reports - Each funded program will be required to submit a quantitative and qualitative report at the end of each year and at the end of the program that documents the number of children assisted, documentation on how the money was spent as well as signed statement documenting that all funds were spent directly to provide assistance to orphans and vulnerable children.
